- Rest of the EU area: €29.95 through UPS Standard.
- United Kingdom and rest of Europe area: €35 through UPS Standard.
- America Zone (North America, Central America and South America): €75 through DHL Express Worldwide.
- Rest of countries: €99.95.

Returns
Yes, you can return items purchased on our website, in any of our stores or request that we send a courier to your home.
To make such a return, the garments and/or accessories must have their original labels and packaging. If not, the exchange or return cannot be made.
Any item purchased through this website may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the package, provided that one of these cases occurs:
- DAMAGE: The product appears damaged and/or defective
- ERROR: Due to the company's error, the product served does not correspond to the order.
- DISSATISFACTION.
The shipping cost of all returns due to dissatisfaction or wrong size that are managed online (not in a physical store) will be borne by the customer (€6.95 for the peninsula and Portugal, €29.95 for the rest of the EU countries. ). For other destinations, you will have to contact us .
The term for changes and returns is 30 days from the time you receive your order.
When our warehouse receives the garment, we will verify that it is in perfect condition and, after our approval, we will proceed to exchange or return it and we will pay you the corresponding amount.
Indeed, you can return your purchases online at any of our stores . The refund amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days by the E-commerce department team, using the same payment method used when making the purchase.
- To request the return of your order online, you can follow the following instructions:
1. Make the return request through our Returns Portal . Enter your zip code and the tracking number of your order to fill out the form in which:
- You must select the item you wish to return.
- Subsequently, select the reason for which you want to return the item.
- Choose the refund method.
- Organize the collection of your package.
2. Pack the item in its original packaging, attaching the delivery note marked with the item you want to return.
3. Deliver the perfectly closed package to the carrier.
- Another return option would be store delivery. To do this, go to one of our stores and deliver the garment there. You will be given a subscription ticket and, within 14 days, the money will be refunded to the payment method used.
- For the change , we first recommend requesting the return of the item and, later, requesting the new size.
Once the garment is received in our warehouses, we will proceed to refund the money within a maximum period of 14 days.
